The latest version of the Guideline for Standardized Instrument Testing of Cotton [CSITC Guideline] is published and available for free download here (version 2.0 dd 2014-03-18).

The Guideline was created under the auspices of and approved by the ICAC CSITC Task Force as well as the ITMF International Committee on Cotton Testing Methods. It is available in a complete as well as in a short comprehensive version. Editors are: Axel Drieling (FIBRE), Jean-Paul Gourlot (CIRAD), James Knowlton (USDA-AMS). 9 additional contributors added to the content.

The Guideline replaced the existing ITMF HVI User Guide. Thanks to the ICAC and to Cotton Incorporated and ABRAPA, the Guideline was translated into Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. The changes from version 1.1 to 2.0 will succesively be done in all languages.

The file "...with changes marked" allows to see, which modifications are given from version 1.1 to 2.0.
